Pokemon World Map

A world map of the Pokémon world I made a while ago. I just love making maps. I enjoyed fitting the individual regions together. Can you discover each individual region?
This world is about twice the size of Europe. Lying between 20°N and 55°N, the northern region has a cold climate like Scandinavia and Canada, while the southern regions have subtropical climates.
And of course, as Japan (on which these regions are based) is vulcanic and mountainous, this continent is full of vulcanoes and mountain ranges.
The light lines represent the mountain ranges, the dots the towns and city's.(Although I'm not content with the placement, so I might change in the future)
